Lynn Haines Dodd

Lynn Haines Dodd is the co-founder of the LDM Group, LLC., designed to collaborate, consult and coach K-12 educational institutions, high educational communities, and community-based organizations in developing a system-wide change to advance equitable college access for all students. Lynn has served as Senior Director, K-12 Services in the College Board, Western Regional Officer. Prior to this, Lynn was an Administrator with the Oakland Unified School District, with a career as an educator and administrator spanning 25 years. For seven years, Lynn served in the capacity of Principal for McClymonds High School. During her tenure at McClymonds High School, she led the faculty, students, parents, and the West Oakland community through a conversion process of designing and converting a comprehensive high school into two small high schools. Lynn serves on several boards and is a member of several public service organizations. She is the recipient of the Bridge Builders Award – NASSP & Met Life and is a Rotary International Phil Harris Fellow. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College, Master of Arts degree from New York University and St. Mary’s College.
